I stopped in because I was having some brake trouble, and the technician I talked to really seemed to know what he was doing. He explained things in a way that actually made sense, which I appreciated because I’m not exactly a car person. The shop was busy, so I kind of expected it to take a little while, but it did end up being longer than what they originally told me. Everything got taken care of in the end, though the total was a bit more than I was expecting. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not one I’d call amazing.

Not that messy shop vibe you get at some places. Even the bathroom was decent. Only reason I’m going with 4 stars is the wait was a little longer than I hoped. But overall, good experience. Feels like they actually take care of the place.

Brakes Plus is right by my house, so honestly... dropping the car off was really easy. It was nice not having to drive all the way across town just to get it taken care of
